Revision Limit PolicyAll projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional edits will be charged at a set hourly rate or flat rate.

Client Responsibility PolicyTimely communication and content delivery are required to meet project timelines. Show up prepared and on time (we'll help with the prep!) Submit any necessary materials (logos, scripts, references) in order to start the design process. Respect the creative process—collaboration is welcome, but micromanagement delays the magic.

Portfolio Rights PolicyMocha Media Co. retains the right to use content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients receive commercial usage rights for their own brand promotion. Resale or third-party licensing is not permitted.

Cancellation PolicyCancelations must be made 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.

Design Ownership PolicyFinal files are delivered once the full payment is received. Editable files (PSD/AI) are not included unless purchased separately. RAW unedited images are not provided.

Communication PolicyBusiness hours are Monday - Friday 10AM - 4PM EST. Messages sent outside this time will be answered the next business day.

Refund PolicyDue to the nature of creative services, all sales are final. If you're unsatisfied, we’re committed to working with you to make it right.

Is a deposit required?Yes, a deposit depending on the service is required to secure your session. Deposits are required to pay at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due the day prior to your session unless otherwise agreed. You will receive an invoice via email and client portal.

What if I have to reschedule?If you have to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours In advance. Your deposit will transfer to your next session. You must reschedule your session within 90 days of the original date or your deposit is forfeited.

Do you travel?YYes! Mocha Media Co. is based in Raleigh, NC, but we’re available for travel within the U.S. Travel fees may apply.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes! We offer flexible payment options for most services over $300. Just let us know during booking and we’ll work something out.

How long before I receive my content?Typical turnaround time is: Photos: 7–10 business days after selections of favorites. Podcast episodes: 5–7 business days after recording Graphics & promo content: 3–5 business days Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

How do I book a session or service?You can book directly through our website. Once you select your service, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by your onboarding materials (contract, invoice, and a quick questionnaire to get to know your brand).
